I have two mobile numbers 9940656147 and 9940195787 from Airtel. Since Jan 2020, I have been facing poor signal, call drops and feeble voice etc. I need to go out to a open space to answer the calls. I lodged quite a few complaints. But till date no action seemed to have been taken. Airtel executives provide lip service to resolve the issue and their service is very poor. I am Airtel customer for more than a decade and I felt let down . Request you to please advise Airtel to resolve the issue at the earliest.
