Text of Complaint by Karan K Singh Kharayat:

This is in regard to my request number 8059915835. I have three LG ACs under reliance Res Q plan. The service being provided is poor. Please see the attached after service photos of my room’s AC. I would like a refund of the advance amount paid for ResQ care plan which insures the products and provides two annual AC maintenance services as the service quality is pathetic. It is better to service the ACs directly from LG. Please see the attached after service photos. Outside unit’s photo can’t be attached due to upload limit.
