Text of Complaint by Abel Obisa Nyagemi:

Dear sir/Madam,
I am Abel Obisa Nyagemi (Owner of airtel line 0734147073). I have been experiencing challenges using my airtel line every time I send bulk SMS and whenever I call your customer care agents; First was in 2019 the January 2021 and today 3rd February 2021, I am directed to visit an Airtel Shop with my original I.D. for verification of ownership of my line which I have been using since 2006! First time in 2019 I was told that it is registered under somebody by the name Cherono and I submitted a copy of my I.D. and original I.D. for correction of information at your office located at the Oval, 6th Floor, Ring Rd Parklands, Nairobi and was even registered for Airtel Money! Then in January 2021 I was told to submit another copy of my I.D. at Embu where the information suggested that my line was registered under “Mercy Ototo” and yet today 3/2/2022 I am being told that there is still something wrong with my registration details. The text I got from your end reads “Out going is barred for your service number as per your request”. Given that I did not make any request for this I am suspecting foul play that is meant to expose me to Fraud. I subscribe to monthly unliminet of 2000 and i am worried I mostly don’t enjoy the services due to these challenges.
