Text of Complaint by Vishal Garg:

As a customer i am facing lot of issues to submit my complaint/Query, I have registered my complaint/Query 3-4 times on customer care but not body is giving satisfactory answer,

Hope after my written action GoMechanic Team will listen my query and provide my a solution as their commitment .

EPS Module repaired by GoMehanic Order Id 202110105993886 but after some days same issue came and i have reported issue to GoMechanic Team

They checked and confirmed me that its working properly , now couples of days i am asking with GoMechanic team for same issue but now they not giving me any solution as they are saying Warranty period has been passed away so not possible to repair in warranty period.

As i asking continuously for repair of EPS Module so how can service team deny to accept my request, hope now your can understand my situation as problem so requested to you pls check and take necessary action on priority as i am unable to carry my car,
