It is unfortunate to inform you that I am facing pathetic service care from Sonipat Airtel service centre loc : Subhash Chowk.
I have an issue regarding the loss of SIM card of my brother with contact number 8794596108 who is outside India as of now. I contacted the said service centre physically on 13th Sept 2021 where Miss Meenakshi gave me a form and told me to produce few documents duely signed by my brother . Although she didn’t give any complaint registration number still I got it done via mail and forwarded the same on mail of Airtel Sonipat as asked by Miss Meenakshi.
I again approached them physically as on 18th Sep 2021, Miss Meenakshi was absent that day while Mr Mohit was there to attend the customers. Mr Mohit had no knowledge of the procedures as well as the protocols, even his professional conduct was not upto the mark. When I asked him to register my case ,He was not aware of the procedure.
He said he doesn’t have any professional knowledge and he will ask Miss Meenakshi to contact me .
Nobody has contacted me till now and I tried to contact them on various ocassions via phone but they are just trying to avoid the work by giving false assurance of calling back .
It is very poor response I have ever faced from any service provider. You are requested to please register my case for further action, resolve my matter at the earliest and take strict disciplinary action against the staff to avoid any such inconvenience to customers in future .
