Text of Complaint by Nikhil Sharma:

I put an service request for relocation of my jio fiber connection on 31st of July with time provided to me that engineer will visit on 3rd of August to start the connection, without any intimation, jio gave me another date of 10 August, that by 10th of August solution will be provided, and gave me reason for delay that heavy rainfall in your region, our engineer couldn’t visit you, and the next day, person from sales team visited my house asking for new connection, I mean how the sales person visited my house for new connection and not come the engineer?? This is sheer harassment on customer. Jio is providing services to new customer by installing new connection and not giving after sale service to customer. I requested call centre team to transfer my call to senior official, they are just denying we will not tranfer and only be able to give you resolution in short period of time, no resolution and no service have been provided till now, customer care is just useless, they are just noting down, and not providing any solution to customer problems.How pathetic, nor jio is willing to refund me delayed days i.e from 3rd of August till the connection rejoin.
