dear sir/mam
i am a vi user also with family more than 2.5 years.i want to inform you there is very slow internet in indoor and outdoor with high latency, i complained via 198 and twitter but there is no solution. your network team doing nothing after much complaint. i hope my request in your priority and i hope it’ll be fixed soon. supporting document attached.
