Hi All,

I raised more than ten request and registered 3 complaints but most of them are closed without  my confirmation and issue is still exist.

Red Max 699:

I was trying to activate Red max 699 plan for past 24 hrs. Whenever i try to activate from Vodafone It shows request has been registered successfully but it was never activated, Tried all the possible option and escalated at multiple instance but no response so far.

Please don’t claim your app as best its worst app i ever seen.

Pay-as-you-go:

I tried to deactivate the  Pay-as-you-go plan it shows plan is deactivated but it never happen . It still shows in apps it is activated.

Failed to meet Commitments:

Starting from L1 to Supervisor every gives commitments but they never keep up their words so far. “Better we can name theme as “fake Commitments Service Center”  instead of Vodafone customer care ”

Vodafone Customer service not even have any clue what to do with above issues is highlight.
