I recharged my Videocon D2h account for 3 months with 1 month free offer but even after 8 hrs. programmes are not started but showing error that you have not subscribed for this channel for each and every paid channel. And even after calling to customer service cell about 50 times very vague and unsatisfactory answers we get. After hearing all issue one statement they give that “there is a technical issue and you call after 10 minutes or half an hour”. Very Hopeless service.
