It’s really disheartening & unfortunate of the behaviour of customer care executive of tata sky & the service. In this month i have faced service drive within 7 days. 1 st one on out & 2 nd one in 19 th. Both my service requests not properly attended at all. This is why I surrender my connection but not getting any confirmation of surrender of connection.you are requested to take necessary action for confirming me about surrender of connection on my registered mobile no or email id
