Good day,

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased Samsung refrigerator model no. RSA15HMG1 on 22/April/2015 which has giving problem since 3 months. We had given complaint to customer care which made us waited for almost a month for service stating that part is not available. Once the part was available he came and repaired. But Again few days later the unit stopped working. Upon raising complaint again it was found that the compressor is damaged to which they had taken the unit to service station. They came back with repair and lot of damages on the unit. Once the unit was started the compressor was too noisy. And next day the unit stopped working which looked like some old compressor had been used to repair.

I had received call several call ensuring that the technician would be in next 2 days. Its been almost more than 2 weeks no has visited. I had no option other than making a compliant.
