Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Jio Postpaid subscriber residing in Near Pandit Colony, Nagrota, Jammu. Over the past one week, I have been experiencing consistently poor network quality in my area — frequent call drops, inadequate signal strength indoors and outdoors, and slow internet speeds. However, users if Airtel are facing no network/ Internet issue.
This situation has severely affected my daily life, including work calls, internet browsing, and staying connected with family.
I kindly request you to investigate and rectify the network issue at the earliest. If the situation remains unresolved, I may consider porting my connection to another provider offering better reliability.
Please treat this matter with urgency and respond with a resolution at the earliest convenience.
