I had taken the services of Gomechanic for my car AC which was stoping and not cooling after few minutes of drive in the month of Jan 2022. Vide order number Invoice Number 20220103917511313
As i was contemplating to relocate to Hyderabad from Bangalore. On delivery of the vehicle on 5th/6th Jan 2022, the AC was not working and it was taken back immediately to the workshop and was again delivered few days later with a reason that some O ring was replaced. Even then the cooling was not upto mark,but i was told that on running the AC the cooling would improve.Being a senior citizen, I avoided driving,/did not drive much in Bangalore due to congested roads and trafic.
As i had to take my car to Hyderabad i had again taken the services of Gomechanic for the slight jerky movement as if the engine was misfiring at times vide

On reaching Hyderabad i found that neither the AC was working not the engine misfiring was rectified for which I had been charged around Rs20,000/- for both in total.
I had raised a complaint and the issue was escalated , but no concrete solution has been offered by GoMechanic.
I am fed up with Gomechanic team for their non responce ,and would like to have full refund of the money spent plus the inconvenience caused to me…a Senior Citizen
