my self Sanjeev kumar user of Airtel since long time, I been ported to Airtel from vodaphone. I want to ask why I don’t have full network for internet even on my 4g phone never run smoothly no speed no regular connectivity. This is really painful and heart breaking that even after paying I don’t have what I have paid for. If you will check speed or connectivity you will start cry is this they are telling whole country on TV but doing opposite. My phone run like tortoise with Airtel internet when you connected with laptop via hotspot never even move page to the next always says site cannot be reached and forget about to update laptop. After few minutes you will get message 100 percent consumed 1.5 GB data in one update consumed I mean really. There is never ever any update for that size big by any of the program had been sent. And is there this data in two types high speed or 2g speed I mean seriously I had paid for 4 g they are giving me 2 g all day long. Never could able to do video call. Really frustrated situation I am facing with air tell and we have three user of airtel in same home and here is this dishonesty and incapability of service provider we are facing even after paying. even there is no Quality & connectivity of simple calls. Does some how government able to control their actions and could able to provide good service customer had paid for?
