I have brought ac of lloyd Company in 2019 since that time I am facing issue with compressor every time they use to come and repair it from last six month I am continuously having same problem every time I am calling to customer care they are promising they will sent Technician from last two month no Technician have visited to my locatio. Without visiting they use to close mu concern when I used to call customer care they inform me my concern is close after lots of complaints Technician have visited now they are telling me the model is out dated because of that parts are not available you have to change your model for that you have to pay 17500 but my compressor is in warranty Period why should I pay the amount it’s Company’s fault if Company is not able to avail part of warranted product
