Even though I have been using Jio’s telephone, SMS and internet services since 2017, I have been facing intermittent issues with quality – dropped calls, SMS not being sent, internet not accessible or available even during critical events where I am expected to help out others or during personal emergencies and accidents. This is extremely disappointing as I have recharged for the highest data pack every 80 days, even if, at times, it was just to extend the validity of the SIM card and not really for the services they provide, because, at the end of the day, Jio is the most unreliable telecom service provider I have ever used.
