No connectivity or DTH services provided by Airtel team since yesterday have been receiving false commitments by the sales person Gyannendra Pal ( 9453532814), several calls made for follow up. Payment taken upfront wherein there was there is technical glitch is server. Not getting any escalation matrix also.I had made purchase for my elderly parents who has to suffer because of this.
