Text of Complaint by Shaik Hussain:

Raised a request for poor taste/water color change issue on May 31, 2023. No. JS-23053103493975. No one followed up with the issue. It has been 4 days and I have to bear with the bad taste and poor quality water. Being in essential services business which could affect the health and wellness of citizens, Livpure Customer Service is pathetic. The service technician [Nagesh Kama (2004679) Hyderabad , 9014342165 ] was not responding to my continuous calls for the update. Very poor service.
