I had bought a Voltas beko dishwasher few months back. It has not been working for more than a month now. Voltas is not giving proper service and not able to fix the problem. Some in capable technical come and do something with the machine every week. But the issue is yet to resolve. Every time the technician says some part is needed and do not show up for another week.

This has been very very frustrating for us. If they are not able to fix the problem, I feel the machine should be replaced. Consumers in India should be better protected. Service Center contact people are equally useless. They just say sorry.

Bringing this incident to you was my last option and hope this will help me.
