This refers to my complaint with Airtel Broadband services for the last 75 days. Customer service just opens a Ticket and closes them with giving a complete workable solution. For no reason & without doing any technical analysis they have replaced my router with a defective one which has never given more than 20 Mbps speed in any of the rooms, except below the router or wherever the router is visible. Their technical team has limited knowledge about Network terminologies, except good at using the Decibel meter. After repeated complaints to Airtel, 8 visits have been made to my house, but no solution has been given so far and they close the Tickets without any confirmation. I have already paid 6 months advance rentals and next rental is due in April. I am very tired of following up with Airtel. I need a permanent solution which will happen only after they put back my ZTE router.
