- on 23.06.2020 around 11:00 am I made the first call to Airtel customer care to raise a complaint about my landline and internet which stopped working
- following which an sms was sent stating the name of the engineer and the time of visit
- the engineer allocated never turned up and I called the customer care again to check for which they replied that it will be sorted within 24 hrs and asked me to wait till 24.06.2020. 1:30
- No one came till 1:00 pm so I made another call for which they promised it will be resolved by 1:30 pm and so I waited but nothing happened.
- Have made repeated calls to the call centre regarding this issue but it is not sorted till date
