Text of Complaint by ullas pandit:

I had taken 1 year plan on Jan 3rd this year. Without my knowledge Netflix combo packa was added and started deducted amount. When I realized my balance going down called cc about 2 months back and informed. It was told that we will immediately stop Netflix combo pack and I asked for refund. Later last week I found that it was still continuing and again called cc who immediately stopped the PA kage. I asked for refund and call recording but he said he has raised z complaint ND ba k end team will call. I got z call and was asked about the problem and he informed you will get z call. Till now nothing has happened and when I called today they said complaint has been closed and they said they will rise it again. Can’t we get call records. We feel we are harassed by tata play
