Text of Complaint by Chintu:

Recently my poco x4 pro 5g chargin is not working. So I went to the nearest service center. On the first day they said, we don’t have cable then you will come tomorrow. So I went to service center after 3 days. So now they started saying that your charger has physical damage. You have to pay money for this. But on the first day he did not tell anything like this. And my phone is still under warranty. There is no physical damage in my phone and neither in the charger. These people were saying this just to earn money.
If it was so, they should have told me on the very first day. I went 8 km away from my house for 2 days, still my work was not done. Please take a strong action on this. The service centre is JKM service, hudda market, Sector 16.
