Text of Complaint by PT:

I had taken a fibre connection on 4th May 2023 and due to constant network issue and frequent disconnections I was asked by the technician to raise a disconnection complaint. The same service personnel never bothered to provide service but suggested disconnection and so I did on 18th May 2023.
I have been constantly mailing 121, esupport and appellate but looks like all have a deaf ear to look into issues. I have mailed for disconnection and refund but have received no response from the team. On the contrary when i called 121 support desk the personnel was rude and unhelpful.
Request you to please look into the matter and get my refund initiated.
