Hello All,
This is Rubi Singh from Noida and I am compelled to write to you here due to the poor and irresponsible service provided by Airtel Staff.
I’ve taken a One Airtel plan from an Airtel store in Sector 18,Noida , where I was told to get a discount of Rs 350 on 1499 +18%GST, but the girl didnt tell me anything about the terms and conditions.
After getting the bill for two months I’ve decided to unbundle my plan and raised a complaint in Airtel customer care at the same day I’ve cleared the dues on 24 Feb 2021,
But after a month I received the bill of the same amount and got to know that my concern was not raised either processed.
Since then I am continuously calling the 121 and being misled by the staff.
Once I spoke to PRAGATI she provided the reference no (80141374) and I received a call next day for my queries but nothing was resolved.
Then after Some days I spoke to SONAL she provided the reference no (313604374857045)
And today I spoke to Aditya with ref no (31-3608315822315).
My Concern is If the Airtel staff is not providing me the right information then why should I pay for that.
Any discount of Rs 350 wasn’t provided me in any month and I received again the Bill of 1768 for this month. Why am I payable after a complaint to unbundle my plan .
I request you all to help me in this,
I am an Airtel customers for years and wont like to being treated like this
