My complaints complaints (reference I’d: 1-25992910671). against Cherish Honda, Sector-14, Gurgaon ( Haryana) :
I am senior citizen, retired as Chief Manager from PSU.
I visited Cherish Honda service center at Sector-14, Gurgaon for servicing of my vehicle, HR26 DH4532 ( Honda-WRV) on 17.08.2021. Mr. Paramjeet (floor supervisor) attended the vehicle for servicing.
After servicing of above vehicle, we went to visit my native place in Rajasthan on 27.08.2021, but after completing journey of approx.. 200 km, vehicle clutch plate got damaged & vehicle stucked on road & we stranded for more then three hours in remote area with my family.
When we informed Mr. Paramjit about problem of vehicle, he suggested to replace the clutch plate & he send the details of parts on WhatsApp for replacement.
After replacing the clutch plate , Speedometer of vehicle was not working & vehicle giving signal of error of engine & steering.
On reaching back to Gurgaon on 29.08.21, I again visited to your above mentioned workshop & narrated the problem to Mr. Simon ( service executive). Vehicle was checked thoroughly & diognosised as pick up sensor faulty.
Mr. Simon assured to replace the faulty sensor free of cost after two days as parts were not readily available & vehicle is under extended warranty .
When I again visited above workshop on dtd. 03.09.21 for replacement of faulty Sensor, it was replaced but asked for the full payment.
When I remind him that vehicle is under warranty & you assured to replace the parts FOC , why you are asking money then he shouted on me badly, asked to pay money before taking delivery of vehicle & insulted me like nothing.
I requested him again & again but he did not listened me & continued to force me to make the payment & asked to get out from the office.
Mr. Simon insulted me like nothing. I also reported matter to GM ( Workshop) but all in vain.
Under named send repeated requests/ reminders to all concerned but no fruitful result received till date.
By this complaint, I am requesting to take the suitable action against erring executive & compensate for the losses suffered by me as :
1. Poor service at center resulting we suffered lot of problems, I.e. failure of clutch plate & pick up sensor.
2. Bad behavior of Mr. Simon( service executive).
3. Payment Charged for pick up sensor which is under warranty. Please take corrective action & appraise earliest.

  1. Worst place for cars.. rather I should say they are fraud.. they fucked up my car..
    Agents are soo fucked up..
    Vikas from body shop and waqas from service..
    Flop show. Guys avoid giving them your car.

    RING ROAD HONDA IS THE BEST..
