I took connection from Tikona in Jan 2020 and paid amount Rs.3553 for the next 6 month i.e. June 2020, but due to lockdown i went to my native and on 1st July 2020 i have mailed them that i was out of city and not using internet service so please stop it. Due to some urgent work i came back to my home and resume the connection by paid the amount Rs.3553 for the next 6 month i.e. till Dec 2020. In mid of August i got a call from the customer care by saying that “your plan is on rental basis and now if you want to make it normal then please let me know”. I said to whom you have asked for changing the normal plan to rental plan but they don’t have answer at that time. So i have clearly mentioned that i want to continue with my normal plan and will not pay single penny because the mistake from your end.
On 31st august 2020, again new bill generated for next 6 month i.e till FEB 2021 and they want me to pay that amount. I simply denied and asked about the new bill and you don’t believe how they justified it.
He said from 1st july 2020 to 31st august 2020 you have used our services and that is on rental basis i.e. charges as per mb usage and they nullify all the amount of Rs.3553 that i have paid on 18th july. And then the issue started, i have drop so many email to them for discussing on the bill dispute but no one responded on my email. In fact their marketing teams are approaching me for the new plans and sending me the reminder for payment but no one has responded on my query. After so many email i have reached them by dialing to their customer care and i have spoke to their Senior executive and they have raised ticket and escalated but no final result.
After trying all the approach i have frustrated and dropped an email by saying that i have to stop the connection then they played by sending legal notice
