Hi,

I am the existing cutomer for Airtel for more than 10 years. For past 3 years am facing lot of issues in my airtel service. I have raised so many complaints regarding my issue.  I have 3 postpaid connection and at home there  is network coverage. Only 2g network is working  and that too we can’t  able to receive  call or do outgoing call. Frequent call drops and i have raised  many complaints for that.  No response from  them but still am paying every month bill without fail. Recently  they insisted me to get fibernet broadband  from my normal broadband plan. I agreed  and that service is also not upto the mark. Installation was poor at my home.  Last three months back I have updated my plan to one airtel family plan. Bundled with 3 postpaid  connections, 1 broadband and 2 DTH and I have got the extra benefits for upgrading my dth box to xtream box. I have raised request for that a month ago. But still no response  and I was continuously calling to airtel customer care and everyone gave me the false commitment like within 24 hours your issue will get resolved. More than 10 customer representatives I have been talked through. Recently talked with Supervisor Naveen and he told that he will call me back once these issues get resolved. But no one responded back for last couple of days.  I really  frustrated and because  of this frustration I personally and officially got stressed. My work got impacted  due to this  and I hold my last month payment for these issues. I just want to relieve from Airtel network  and need compensation  for this poortl service.
