I am Bineet Upadhyay Purchased 2 Phone of Gionee Max and Max Pro which gets delivered on 12th June.On 14th June i realised that there is some issue with Gionee Max Pro (Battery draining Fast) so i complained so on 22nd June ahd Technician Visit so my issue was not resolved and having more issue like Device is hanging,Image is lanning and its getting happened in front of Technician also but flipkart had Reject my Proposal for Replacement. Now Flipkart is saying that we cannot help you and you have to Check it from Gionee Service Center.
so i asked them to Provide me details in written that flipkart cannot help and i need to check with Service center so they denied to Provide me any details in Written.
