Text of Complaint by Neha Krishnan:

I had gone for airtel dongle with data card. I was promised a speed of 44-100mbps by sales staff as I had mentioned that my job is online and I need good speed. Despite paying entire amount.Second month they made me pay and are giving a speed of 0-1 Mbps for download and  0.99 Mbps for upload. I am on the verge of loosing my online job because of this poor service which is not letting me use dashboard
