I have bought truke BTG3 Gaming earbuds, in Flip cart on Feb 20, 2023. Within 2 months, the left ear buds is not get charged properly, so I approched to the service center, which was far away from my residence, to claim my product warrenty. After the first serivce, within the one week, the same problem got on the right side bud. This same problem came over and over, after 3 service and additionally the left one not working properly. I only travel through bus and it is a big struggle, to reach the service center which is far away from my place and these problems were came within the 4 months of buying. So, here Im putting a complaint, on the poor product quality and poor service.
