Text of Complaint by Amrit Kaur:

On 16July2021 I called Airtel Customer Care Bhopal and requested change in my plan from 40MPBS to 100MPBS. The executive said same will be done within 15 days.

On 2ndAug2021…called again and talked with senior executive. He said problem will be resolve in 4hours.

On 8Aug2021 ..called again and same response from senior executive that problem will be resolved in 4hrs.

Today is 12 Aug2021 and still my request to change the plan is not at all solved.
