It’s been 72 hours since we raised 5 complaints to my surprise all complaints were closed without resolving the issue, I have already paid for 3months, inspite of calling the customer service head, there has been no accountability on part of the management, please resolve at the earliest

I completely agree with Neil, Hathway is absolutely filthy and rotten, they dont resolve issues ad close tickets. their APP is worst i have ever seen . I have decided im going to spread through word of mouth or post on social sites like FB about the worst service of Hathway and request people not to go with Hathway .
They are shameless people working there with no accountability.
Last 2-3 months im facing speed issue and last 2 weeks facing continuous disconnection problem but no resolution , i raised multiple ticket but it was closed without resolving issue and I’m still facing the problem
They promised me they would visit my place and resolve it but no has come.
I WILL CAUTION PEOPLE NOT TO GO WITH HATHWAY BRAODBAN
