Dear Sir,
As i am a jio prepaid customer and i am decided to migrate my connection to postpaid .self approached nearest jio outlet center in porbandar and submitted my application form along with attachments as requested by jio representative last month. After ten days of follow up my application was rejected for no reason. Again they requested me to resubmit the same documents and paid the amount for migration on 23rd March and after my several follow up from me they simply rejected my application today and the representative asked me to port if required to another network. Kindly request you to take proper action in this ethical approach and resolve my issue. This killed my valuable time and made unnecessary expenses to me
