My connection was disconnected on 28th August for the Change of the Post paid to prepaid , Sine it was in the Corporate Billing and Corporate also issued a letter to Airtel to remove this no for their billing and change the name to my self , all the paper work are completed today at 4.30 PM went to local Airtel office to for the further formalities which are also completed , they assured me within Half and Hour it will get activated , i too received the message stating the the reference no Z030247351 , AFTER few sometime I again received the message stating ” Validation of the documents for Airtel mobile n0 9944733033 could not be completed successfully , for more details, contact your point of sale where the connection was taken or the nearest airtel stores.
For this case I have visited to your office at Iyyappanthangal -Porur chennai 600056 more than 3/ 4 times, but no use and the problem remain same . Request some one to look into this immediately and activate my mobile , all my Bank account etc using this mobile only .
