Hello

I got the poorest response from Airtel  – specially Airtel authorised partner showroom in moolakadai – Chennai. I have lost my mobile, requested for a duplicate SIM, since it was in my dad’s  name, I was asked to proceed for name change, inspite of  providing all documents, I have not yet received my SIM, it is gonna become 1 month since. Please try to understand customers situation
