This is with reference to above case ID,
There was visit being made by your technician Mr.Shiv Mohan who as per his best capacity tried to sort out the issues, but to dismal it is poor repair quality that has lead to more problem and it seemed that the manager/Team lead – Mr.Mohit reporting to him seemed to be unmoved and uncaring towards this :
– Installation of this machine was done 1 year back , which to my surprise was not done properly – came to know after discussion this time
– Bottom cover was never put – which was fixed by Mr.Mohan in this visit- one year after the official installation
– there was noise in my machine which did not come during this visit , which is ok and accepted by me, once that noise will come i will record that video and post the same.
– the panel cover got loose out of its own and too my surprise i was conveyed that it might happen due to usage of water, could someone please explain fully automatic washing machine would be using the water? while I assure you that this is used in domestic use for individual person usage only.
– Mr.Shiv after confirming from his senior did put glue on this , because of which it got fixed but with physical tempers, now you can say that the company technician has done the physical damage to the machine itself,
– when asked to rectify the same, he did ask Mr.Mohit or Mr.Ravikant( who did not wanted to talk to the me ) has refused stating that if the buttons are working physical appearance does not affect much and no action to be taken.
– Why should I take a fault from your side in my warranty time of the product.
– Last but not the least the lint filter has got defective within such a short span of time, for which i have been told that this is physical damage – Why would I damage my machine is my first question
– If the quality of the machine and its part is so poor that it can not even work for 1 year , this is a question of sub quality parts being provided and false promises to the customer.

Even after regularly following up with main company also, they have pulled back their hands stating this product is going to be taken care by flipkart only and not sansui.
