Text of Complaint by Rhema Jacob:

Ordered a shirt from the brand BIKIT. The quality of the product was very poor and so decided to return it. When I contacted them about return details they aksed for my email id , but I have not received any information since then and they have stopped replying to my messages.

  1. How long did they take to deliver the order? It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received the order yet. I have tried e-mailing them but there has been no response!
