I have given my flat renovation work to cibil contractor taken very long time to do work, used poor quality of materials, taken additional money against agreed amount, Work not completed and now not coming nor responding. Taken all my old materials such as window frames & glass, doors & door frames, water tanks without my knowledge and overcharged me for poor quality unfinished works
