I bought a shoe from bata’s online website in 13/5/2023. After received the shoe my husband was wear one day for one hour,after that the shoe’s shole was completely broken in same day. I was calling bata’s customer care many times for take away the shoe’s and return my money. The customer care all ways said in 24 hours they take away the shoe and after seven days they gave me my money back. But the delivery man not taking the shoe’s back. I always said customer care the shoe was used by one hour but they are not saying delivery man that the product was used. After that till now 16 th June the product was not taking away by delivery man .
