I purchased the Aquaguard Blaze Insta Hot & Ambient 8-Stage RO, Dual Stainless Steel Tank Water Purifier from Amazon. Despite making over 20 calls to both Amazon and Eureka Forbes, the installation was delayed. Eventually, a person named Umar Bagwan (77960 61662) visited for installation.
However, Umar is not a qualified technician and lacked the necessary skills to install the Aquaguard Blaze machine. After installation, the machine did not function—it failed to dispense water. Umar informed me that a senior technician would visit to inspect the issue.
During the installation process, Umar punctured and broke my water pipeline, forcing me to shut off the main water valve. As a result, there is no water supply in my home. This has caused severe inconvenience, especially during my children’s exams and the festive season.
I request Eureka Forbes to urgently repair the damaged pipeline and provide ₹10,00,000 as compensation for the distress and damages caused.
