Hi,
This is to highlight that bad quality product was delivered to me and on the top of that wrong amount was charged zero cost EMI was not applied when I enquired they told me that check with bank then I decided to return product and raised a pick up request by calling customer care no.
as my mobile is not working I had to use mobile delivered to check amazon return status but today I waited whole day no one came for pickup and no call when I tried contacting amazon customer care no. they blocked my no.
its really a breach of trust I use to purchase expensive products like laptop and so on but now my with this kind of experience will never recommend any one to go for online shopping with Amazon
if they can cheat customers at this point of time during COVID situation they can do anything and impacting customers health by sending low quality old product and then fooling them by giving 10 days replacement and not actually picking and blocking customers really shameless act
