Dear sir,
I purchased an iBall tablet (iTab moviez pro) from an online portal amazon. The product delivered to me was having battery problem. So I request to replace the product, which was replaced and another product was delivered to me . Which also stopped working within a month or so. This product I bought for my kid’s online classes so was urgent for me. Now the product is in the service center and they are waiting for some spare part.
Now with so bad quality of the product I feel I am cheated. I am not the only one who is suffering from this, my relatives also face the same issues. I am having the receipt of the product and what I want is to get my money back from this cheater company.
