I am very sorry to say that I have made a mistake by taking Airtel Postpaid. Airtel team is not able to give the proper services. I have repeatedly complain about network issue and data service but no one was not resolve my issue. After that my no. was in roaming from dec 11 2019 to dec 24 2019. during this period i have got only 3g data but i am paying for 4g data. i have swapped my sim and take many more attempts but it was not resolved. then according to my complain the airtel team was close all the complains with my permission. few days back i have also activated hello tune service in my no but it was activated in their system but i was not got the service no caller tune was not found in my no. like that today on 22/02/19 from 6.00 pm onwards i am not getting proper signal or data. i am getting call drops.
so as i am using postpaid i am paying the exact pack amount which i have selected. but the service is very immature and poor. i am not getting that after a several complains why those people are not resolving my issues.
when i am registering a complain they are just calling me updating me that they are working on my issue. but the result is ZERO. I am feeling very bad about this kind of service.
