Text of Complaint by Sathya:

I ordered one soft silk saree in IBISFAB on feb 20th, 2024 for Rs. 899 but I received poor quality polyester saree. So I contacted through their Email support id & calls, there is no response from the other end. If I called continuously means, they’re switching off their mobile. According to their return policy, 7days only there to return the product. But they’re not even responding. I bought that saree for my Mom’s anniversary from my savings but now I unable to get my money back. It affects my Mental health & this is the worst experience I have ever faced. Kindly help me regarding this issue.
