Dear Team,
Inspite of repeated complaints no action has been taken to improve the quality of network. Each time I call only complaint numbers are generated but ultimately no outcome. Even the nodal and appellate officials are non responsive. The most interesting fact is whatever the number we dial it will reach customer care representatives only. Fed up of call drops. This problem is being faced by me since last 10 months. Each time we call to ask the status only extension of timeline asked by them. When requested to provide me a discount on the bill due to this poor quality network they abruptly deny and moreover authoritatively state it is the plan I have chosen for and I need to pay the same irrespective of whatever the difficulties I undergo with their services.
