Bend quality issues. The company refused to return or replace the product.
I never wanted to use the UV boards for the Wardrobe and the information provided by Mr. Shantanu from Action Tesa was misguiding.
Before making the wardrobe no prior technical information was given to me, this is all after the order was placed and the Wardrobe was made so I did not use the remaining HDHMR boards.
The technical team also advised me to use the HDHMR boards for the vanity and due to this, the entire top of the Granite Vanity is cracked, who will pay for this damage?
He also promised me that he will arrange to return the remaining UV boards due to bending issues and have them adjusted toward the regular HDHMR boards.
What I don’t like is that now they are lying and not picking up the phone, where my project is still ongoing.
