I have purchased a realme buds air 2 from realme store on August 7 2021. It was a really disappointing experience from the day it purchased itself. At first one of the earbuds was not working. Then the battery capacity was decreasing very quickly. It was repaired by the service center. Please not that the nearest service center near me is 30 km away. Now the device is again showing the same problem. The order number of the product is 158994123270001664. I would like to get a solution for this as soon as possible. I am fed up with this. I have not been able to use the device even for 6 months due to its complaints.
