Hi,

This is Meghana Amonkar currently having subscription no 1208141844 with Tatasky. I recently upgraded the set top box due to poor quality of service and network by paying extra for new binge box.
Since then we have not able to view anything on TV due various issues with either ur set top box or network.
I wish to cancel my connection and would request you to return the money I recently paid for box. It’s been 10 days since I have complained but no help from your side.
Tatasky customer care informed that they won’t return money for new box and they are not able to fix problem too.
Through my experience I have seen Tatasky has worst service.
Please cancel my connection and refund my money paid for new set top box and balance on account.
