Since last 1 week cant receive calls or to make calls its dropping the call because of poor signal connection. Our areas is Ramapuram near karumbur our areas nearest tower location is Parasanapalli, Ambur , Tamil nadu .
In our village we are morethan a 60 customer using airtel . We cant able to do office work . In our area some of college and school students cant able to present their online classes. office goers and school collegers are face issue. So please process and take my complaint to recuse with in 2 to 3 days . Orelse we change our sim to another network . We need to atten classes and do office works… So please solve with in 2 to 3 days….
